Abstract:

Dr. Shizhen Li,Associate Director of Shandong University Marine Engineering Equipment Technology Research Center,Deputy director of  Institute of Intelligent Electromechanical Research, Committee of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society,Fellow of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Reviewer of IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics and Journal of Systems and Control Engineering.

Dr.Li majored in Mechatronics and Marine Engineering.

 In the researches of heavy Marine equipment heave compensation electro-hydraulic control system, the difficulties of compensation deficiency, deep water resonance, large system and high energy consumption in splash zone are solved. In the academic research, A hybrid active-passive heave compensation system (HAHC)with adaptive damping/stiffness adjustment is proposed, and the energy consumption of the system is optimized based on variable speed servo pump control and energy recovery.Aiming at the influence of system parameters and external disturbance uncertainties on the heave compensation performance, an adaptive damping/stiffness robust control algorithm based on extended state observer is proposed.Aiming at the dynamic load impact and compensation mode switching impact in splash zone, the switching control strategy of target dynamic load coefficient is proposed, the algorithm of active decoupling predictive control of damping/stiffness under multi-compensation mode is studied, and a seamless switching controller is designed to solve the problem of dynamic load suppression and multi-mode adaptive flexible switching in splash zone.The first active and passive composite heave compensation system applied in high-end Marine equipment has been developed in China.

In the researches of key technology of floating hydraulic wave power generation system, the problem of high efficiency and stability of wave energy conversion is solved.In the academic research, a hydraulic variable damping power generation technology based on wave prediction is proposed, and the system dynamics model is optimized.A motor variable displacement control technology based on wave prediction is proposed to adjust the motor displacement in real time according to sea condition prediction and select different types of generators to improve power output efficiency.A stable voltage control technology for grid-connected network is presented, which can be distributed intelligently by wave prediction and energy storage prediction to ensure the normal operation of electrical equipment.Broke the wave energy power generation device efficiency is low, the instability of power output and sea state key technical difficulties, poor environmental adaptability in wave energy power generation system is expounded energy adjustment mechanism of the energy storage type hydraulic system, solved the problem of the wave power station is easily affected by tidal range, develop suitable for wave power structure of the double stator and double voltage wave power from hydraulic system.The first 120kW floating hydraulic wave generator in China has been successfully developed.

In the study of high-end hydraulic parts and electro-hydraulic servo system, five series of dozens of plunger pumps with discharge capacity specifications were invented, among which TFA15VS0175 series has a high proportion of constant pressure and constant power, which realizes the development and industrialization of compressive plunger pumps.Designed the uhv large flow electro-hydraulic proportional servo 2-through cartridge valve, completed the DN63, DN80, DN100, DN130 series of cartridge valve design and development and industrialization.

Since 2017, Dr.Li has been in charge of three projects  at national level and two projects at provincial level. His 5 related invention patents were authorized, and 8 academic papers including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics were published.Dr.Li has obtained Second Prize by Machinery Industry Science and Technology of China in 2017 (Provincial, Rank 1st), First Prize in Hydraulic & Pneumatic Seal Industry Technology of China in 2016 (Rank 2nd),Second Prize by Machinery Industry Science and Technology of China in 2016 (Provincial, Rank 2nd),First Prize in Hydraulic & Pneumatic Seal Industry Technology of China in 2016 (Rank 2nd).
