个人简介:

黄冉冉,男,生物化学与分子生物学博士。现任山东大学海洋研究院副研究员、硕士研究生导师、2019年入选山东大学“青年学者未来计划”。

主要从事基于新一代测序数据的微生物生物信息学分析工作。一方面利用(宏)基因组、 (宏)转录组测序等手段,鉴定微生物的代谢过程、调控方式,解析微生物的群落结构变化及变化的推动机制。另一方面通过单细胞技术,针对所解析的调控机制开展定量合成生物学应用研究。取得了一系列研究成果,首次在分子层面解析了一种细菌调节多基因操纵子内不同基因之间化学计量比例的新机制-选择性RNA剪切和保护。在Nature CommunicationsChemical Engineering JournalBiotechnol BiofuelsISME JournalPLoS Genetics等高水平期刊上发表论文,累计被引481(截至202110Web of Science数据)。获批主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上基金(2项)、国家重点研发项目子课题、山东省重点研发子课题、中国博士后面上项目等项目,累计获批经费490万元(截至202110)

 

Personal profile:

 

Huang Ranran, male, Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He is an associate research scientist and postgraduate tutor at Institute of Marine Science and TechnologyHe was elected as a “Future Plan” scholar of Shandong University.

 

Mainly engaged in microbial bioinformatics analysis based on next-generation sequencing data. 1. the use of (meta) genome, (meta) transcriptome sequencing and other means to identify the metabolic processes and regulation methods of microorganisms, and to analyze the changes in the microbial community structure and the driving mechanism of the changes. 2. single-cell technology is used to conduct quantitative synthetic biology application research on the identified regulation mechanism. A series of research results have been achieved. For the first time, a new mechanism for bacteria to regulate the stoichiometric ratio of different genes in a multi-gene operon is analyzed at the molecular level-selective RNA processing and stablization. Published papers in high-level journals such as Nature Communications, Chemical Engineering Journal, Biotechnol Biofuels, ISME Journal, PLoS Genetics, etc., and have been cited 481 times (Based on Web of Science data as of October 2021). Approved to preside over the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund, General Fund (2 items), National Key R&D Project Sub-project, Shandong Province Key R&D Sub-project, Post-Doctoral Post-Doctoral Project in China and other projects, with a total of 4.9 million yuan approved (as of 2021 October).
