个人简介：
张乐文，男，山东潍坊人，工学博士，教授，岩石力学与工程学会地下工程分会理事，高级爆破安全工程师从业资格。主要研究方向：海洋工程地质，海洋工程建设地质灾害防控，地下工程水害探测与防治。
2002年7月毕业于中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所，获工学博士学位。2002年7月进入山东大学岩土中心工作。在《岩土力学》《岩石力学与工程学报》等学术期刊上发表论文60余篇，获得专利20余项，获得省部级及国家科技进步二等奖各一项，参加编著《岩土工程强度与稳定计算及工程应用》及“十二五”规划教材《城市地下空间工程导论》，参编中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部行业标准《地下工程盖挖法施工规程》。在科研方面，近年来，参加了多项国家基金和大型工程科研项目。

Abstract:
Professor Le-wen Zhang, Director of the Underground Engineering sub-society of CSRME，Senior blasting safety engineer. Professor Zhang majored in marine engineering geology, marine engineering construction geological disaster prevention and control, underground engineering water damage detection and prevention.
Professor Zhang obtained his Ph.D. from the Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2002 . He entered the geotechnical center of Shandong University in July 2002. He has more than 60 publications in academic journals and obtained more than 20 invention patents. Professor Zhang won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress.He participated in the compilation of "Geotechnical Strength and Stability Calculation and Engineering Application" , teaching material :"Introduction to Urban Underground Space Engineering" and the Industry Standards of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. In scientific research, he has participated in several national funds and large-scale engineering research projects in recent years.
