邓晔,男,山东大学兼职教授,博导。

现任国际微生物生态学会(ISME)中国青年大使,《BMC Microbiology》、《Journal of Plant Ecology》、《Soil Ecology Letters》编委,中国生态学学会微生物生态专业委员会秘书长。20182019年连续获Web of Science全球高被引科学家,2019年获国家万人计划青年拔尖人才,2019年中国科学院“百人计划”终期评估优秀。研究工作围绕环境微生物群落生态学开展,通过一系列的分子检测工具和数据分析手段的开发,对全球气候变化下微生物功能类群的演变规律以及微生物地理学分布机制开展了一系列创新性的工作。迄今在各类SCI杂志上(包括ScienceEcology LettersNature Climate ChangeNature Communications, PNAS)已发表研究论文170余篇,其中近五年第一和通讯作者40余篇。据Google scholar统计文章总引用10000余次,H-index5020多篇文章引用超过100次。


Prof. Ye Deng’s studies are related with microbial ecology in various natural ecosystems. By developing a series of high-throughput molecular approaches, he studied the biogeography and functions of environmental microbiomes under global changes and pollution processes. He published more than 170 peer-reviewed papers in various journals, including Science, Ecol Lett., Nat. Climate Change, Nat. Communications, PNAS, et al., with more than 10,000 citations (H-index 50).
